shipping and returns


your order will ship within 3 business days.  please allow 3-10 business days for delivery.


we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not, you may return the merchandise within 14 days of receipt (unless damaged-see below) for a store credit or merchandise exchange.  shipping and handling charges are not refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. 

please inspect your order upon delivery. if your merchandise arrives damaged, make sure to contact customer service within 3 days of delivery.  (see return of damaged items below)

to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in salable condition and in its own original packaging. we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

several types of goods such as plants, scents, candles, soaps, books with obvious signs of use, vinyl record that has been opened, gift cards are exempt from being returned. any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery is not eligible for store credit or exchange.

sale items are final and not eligible for exchange or store credit, unless damaged during transport.

please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

damaged products

you may return items damaged at the time of receipt and incorrect items received, as long as you notified customer service within 3 days of delivery.  item must be in its own original packaging (not the package it was shipped in).  for damaged items, we require photographs of the product and the package in order to process the claim.

When we receive your return, we inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a store credit. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial credit may be issued.

depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.

if you are approved, then your exchange or store credit will be processed.
